Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
500ml Plain Yoghurt
2 teaspoon Tandoori Paste (Pataks)
2 teaspoon Tikka Paste (Pataks)
1 teaspoon Kashmiri Paste (Pataks)
1/2 teaspoon Mint Sauce
1 Lemon Juice juice only
1/2 teaspoon Red Food Colouring Powder

Simply mix together, add your choice of meat then marinate overnight or portion, refrigerate or freeze then add to your favourite Tikka Masala dish when required.
