1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Directions
Zesty limes, sliced paper-thin married with fiery green chillies, mustard, fenugreek seeds and spices to produce a unique and delicious tasting Lime and Chilli chutney.

Gently dry fry the yellow mustard and fenugreek seeds until fragrant. Remove to a cold plate to cool down |

chop the lime into 8 slices (once in half, then halving those pieces again, lengthwise twice) then slice into very thin pieces (they should look like mini lime pizza slices) Finely slice the chillies |

in a bowl combine all the ingredients together stirring thoroughly, cover and refrigerate overnight |

after 24 hours, stir thoroughly and transfer to a sterilised jar for the flavour to develop for a week. As with all chutneys the longer you leave it the more flavour will develop keep refrigerated |
