Hi. I'm Josh, I'm 13 and I've made this channel to show you just how easy it is to create authentic British Indian Restaurant (BIR) meals and takeaway quality food at home with my easy to follow, step by step video guides here and on my YouTube channel
I mostly cook these dishes with meat you can substitute any vegetables, tofu or paneer to make a fantastic vegetarian dish. All my dishes can made with no spice at all or as spicy as you like so all the family can enjoy.
This is the time to try new things and I know that you will all enjoy my meals. If you are trying for the first time use my "from scratch" recipes. They are carefully planned to give you the same taste as recipes using "base gravy" without having to prepare that in advance.
