Fantastic on tons of foods but I have this already prepared to rub over freshly made naan breads straight from the oven

Into a bowl chop the butter into small chunks, add grated garlic and mix well with your hands.

Roll into a rough sausage shape and place on the edge of a piece of tin foil

Roll up tight and then twist each end and place in the fridge.

When required either cut off a slice and add it to your cooking or simply uncover and rub the end directly onto the food required
