Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 large bulb Grated Garlic
30 ml Olive Oil or vegetable
200 ml Water
200 ml Pineapple juice
50 ml Teriyaki sauce
30 ml
300 g Dark Brown Sugar
1 (Juice only) Lemon Juice
1 small Red Onion finely chopped
50 ml Jack Daniels Whiskey
30 ml Worcester Sauce

A sticky, sweet sauce just like your favourite American restaurant. Use as a marinade, top your burger for that TGI Fridays Jack Daniels taste or water down very slightly to make the original TGI Fridays dipping sauce.

Simply coat your food in the last 5 minutes of cooking, slam it on top of your burger or water down slightly as a dipping sauce, the choice is yours.

Add the oil and onions to a pan and fry gently for a couple of minutes

Add all of the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. BE CAREFUL HERE, as soon as this starts to boil it will bubble over so keep a really close eye.

Turn down the heat so the sauce is gently simmering and cook for a further 45 minutes stirring gently every 5-10 so nothing sticks

Allow to cool then keep in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze in portions.

Use neat as a marinade rub or as a sauce on top of a cooked burger for that TGI Fridays Jack Daniels taste or water down very slightly to make the original TGI Fridays dipping sauce.
