1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce

1/2 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce

Directions
Chinese stir-fried noodles with vegetables and meat
I use Lucky boat #2 noodles as they are used in 99% of UK Chineses takeaways and restaurants. They can initially be expensive for a box (Approx £15) as they only come wholesale but this will make about 150 portions.
You could also sell them off in smaller amounts on eBay to recover the cost and maybe make a profit 🙂

Prepare the noodlesBoil the kettle and pour over 1 portion of noodles in a pan Drain in a sieve and allow to slightly dry for 5-10 minutes out whilst you sort the rest of the ingredients |

Prepare the meatThinly slice the meat into a bowl and add the meat marinade of light soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar. Mix well and allow to marinate whilst you prepare the vegetables. |

Prepare the vegetablesThinly slice the vegetables such as peppers, spring onions and carrot and chunky cut the onions. |

Time to cookAdd 1 tablespoon of oil to a wok or pan and allow to heat on high until smoking. Add the meat and vegetables (except the bean sprouts if using) and stir frequently for 2 minutes Add the noodles and cook for a further minute Add the sauce and cook stirring frequently for a further 1 + 1/2 minutes Add the bean sprouts if using, stir and cook for a further 30 seconds. Serve and enjoy. |
