2 teaspoons Kashmiri Chilli Powder

1 tablespoon Corn Flour

20 chopped fine Curry Leaves

5 sliced filely Birds Eye Chilli

1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

Chicken 65 is a spicy entrée, or quick snack but can you handle these Fiery Chicken 65 wings? Succulently moist and perfect for the air fryer, BBQ and grill

start by adding the oil, garlic and ginger to the chicken wings and coat evenly |

sprinkle over the flour, chilli powder, cumin powder, ground pepper, turmeric, salt and Kashmiri chilli powder, finely chopped curry leaves, chillies, cumin seeds and sugar to the bowl and mixing together well |

once combined allow to marinate for at least 20 minutes, ideally overnight |

heat the air fryer on 200 Celsius and fry for around 12 minutes (air fry mode) turning once during cooking. transfer to a plate and serve with slices of lemon and red onion |
