Adjust Servings:
6-8 pieces Meat
1 tbsp Oil (Vegetable)
Onion grated
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Coriander (Powder)
1/4 tsp Cumin (Powder)
1/4 tsp Turmeric (Powder)
1/4 tsp Garam Masala (Powder)
2 tsp Tomato (Paste)
1/4 tsp Colouring (Red)
1 tbsp Tikka Paste (Pataks)
300 ml Water
2 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Coconut (Powder)
200 ml Cream (Single)

Heat the pan and add the oil. Once hot gently fry the grated onions until they soften

Add the salt, coriander, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, tomato paste, tikka paste, colouring and a little water. Mix into a paste. Add a drop of water if the paste is too thick.

Add the sugar and coconut to the pan and warm through then add the remaining water

Add the meat

Add the single cream and reduce on a medium high heat stirring regularly until the desired consistency is reached

Drizzle some fresh cream over the top to serve
