3 tbsp Oil (Vegetable)
1 Onion (brown/white) grated
1.5 tbsp Tomato (Paste)
2 tsp Fenugreek Leaves (Kasoori Methi)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Coriander (Powder)
1/4 tsp Cumin (Powder)
1/4 tsp Turmeric (Powder)
4 tbsp Red Masala Paste
1.5 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Coconut (Powder)
1.5 tbsp Almonds (Ground)
300 ml Water
75 ml Cream (Single)
6-8 pieces Meat, Vegetables, Paneer or Tofu

To begin heat the pan then add the oil and onions, fry gently until they soften.

Add the tomato paste, fenugreek leaves, salt, coriander, cumin, turmeric, red masala paste and a little water. Stir them together for a minute to release the flavours

Add the sugar, coconut powder and almond powder and stir well before adding the water

Finally add the meat and cream. Stir thoroughly then reduce until the sauce is the thickness you require, stirring occasionally

Drizzle some fresh cream over the top to serve
