150 ml Cream (Single)

This recipe requires Base Gravy and Red Masala Paste Make some first or use our identical Tikka Masala (made from scratch) version.

Add the sugar and coconut to the pan and warm through, add the base gravy and stir whilst bringing to the boil

Add the red masala paste and mix in well

Add the single cream and reduce on a medium high heat stirring regularly until the desired consistency is reached

Drizzle some fresh cream over the top to serve
