Help, I’ve added too much chilli powder to my curry
Adding too much chilli powder can make a dish inedible for lots of people but don’t worry.
Although you can make the dish milder by adding something neutralising such as yoghurt it can also alter the taste of the dish which isn’t what you’re after.
So, how can you rectify a curry that you’ve added too much chilli powder into?
Quite simply the easiest way is to make another curry without any chilli powder at all and combine the two. It’s probably the easiest method and as a bonus you get a spare one to eat
