500ml Yoghurt (Plain)
2 tsp Tandoori Paste (Pataks)
2 tsp Tikka Paste (Pataks)
1 tsp Kashmiri Paste (Pataks)
1/2 tsp Mint Sauce
1 Lemon juice only
1/2 tsp Colouring (Red) Beetroot Powder or Food Colour Powder

Combine the yoghurt and all spices into a bowl and mix well

Add the colouring and mix well. Add more in 1/2 teaspoon amounts until you get the desired colour

To marinate meat simply cut into chunks, cover with the marinade then refrigerate for between 24-48 hours.
