heat the oil and onions on a medium heat until they start to become golden |

add in the garlic and ginger paste and stir for 30 seconds |

add in the fenugreek leaves and tomato paste and stir for 30 seconds |

sprinkle over the spice mix, chilli powder and tandoori powder and cook out for a couple of minutes until the oil separates |

add in the tikka pieces, cucumber, tomato, chaat masala and base and stir through well |

allow to cook on high for around 2-3 minutes until the tikka is heated through and the sauce is a thick consistency |
