Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
3 Brown/White Onion large
80 ml Vegetable Oil
3 inch piece Cassia Bark (Cinnamon Stick)
1 tablespoon Tandoori Masala Powder
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
3/4 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning
3/4 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
3/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
3/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
120 ml Water

Add to any dish to give a fantastic flavour rush

Heat the oil, add cassia bark and onions

Cook gently until the onion browns but ensure it doesn't start to burn.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir in well. Fry gently for 5 minutes

Remove the cassia bark and allow to cool before blending into a smooth paste then freeze in 1-2 tbsp amounts.
